1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ezwin5 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ezwin5 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering your ezwin5 account, you agree to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ezwin5 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ezwin5 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ezwin5's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction;
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly and credited to your ezwin5 account within seconds of confirmation;
• Bank transfers are typically credited within five (5) minutes, subject to the processing times of the sending institution;

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes;
• Bank withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ezwin5 account holder;
• ezwin5 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ezwin5 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ezwin5 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player;

In no event shall ezwin5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ezwin5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

ezwin5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ezwin5 reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or fraudulent information;
• Engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failed to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe;
• Engaged in conduct that ezwin5 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

Upon termination for breach, ezwin5 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not due to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your ezwin5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
